This Delivery and Return Policy applies to all users, including unregistered visitors, registered users, and premium users (collectively, “Users”, “you”, or “your”), and to all services, including our websites (including www.lampandlight.com , www.prowork.co.th and any of its subdomains, the “Website”), web applications, mobile applications (“Mobile Apps”), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Delivery Policy

Our Company has strict focus on improving our customer satisfaction and it reflects on our delivery policy as well. When the order is placed by our customer. Our company will arrange the product and pack the product into boxes into a ready to deliver state. Then we use a Third party express or shipping services to deliver the product to our customer door step. We have strict standard on choosing the third party express service provider where quality, reputation and standard of the service is up to the standard. Our delivery service consist of 2 main ways

1) Standard Delivery , this usually takes around 3-5 working days for the good to deliver to your doorstep, where price can be found at checkout page.

2) Express Delivery , this usually takes around 1-3 working days for the good to deliver to your doorstep, where price can be found at checkout page.

In case of delay from the Third party services. Our company reserve the rights not to compensate for the delay cause by third party service which we have no control over this part.

Return and Refund policy

Our company has 100% satisfaction guarantee, so any customer can return the product for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and they have to meet these criteria:

1) The product are in full and prime condition with packaging and receipt bought from our company.

2) Promotional items are non-refundable

Please note that we are not responsible for any of the delivery fee for shipping and returning of products

After our company has check and accept that the product is in full condition , we will process the refund to you within 30-45 working days. Please also take note that we will refund back using the same method of payment to us.
